As a customer, I had an average experience with Treecraft Furniture. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are a bit high for what you get, in my opinion. The customer service was satisfactory, although it did take a while for them to respond to my inquiry. Overall, I would say that Treecraft Furniture is an average company with room for improvement.
