They are violating EEOC laws. They send emails saying that they will hire only UCS and GC. When I asked, the recruiter Anzer Khan said that this is a requirement from the client.

No client will ask for such things. They know the consequences of violating laws. He couldn't even justify why USC or GC - which is usually asked only for those positions that require clearance that cannot be obtained by non-USC or non-GC.
He had the guts to say that why would he submit H1B if he is getting USC or GC.
I bet this recruiter was working from India, is not in the USA and this company is clearly violating laws.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!
