I have been living at Carriage Place Apts for a while now, and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The rent is reasonable, and the apartments are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The community is generally quiet, which is a plus. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation. However, the maintenance can sometimes be slow to respond to repair requests. Despite that, I would still recommend Carriage Place Apts as a decent place to live.
