My long term friend TJ was brought in with paralyzed back legs. He went from walking to not walking in a matter of 30-45 minutes.

When I brought him in, the staff immediately set the wheels in motion. Not ever having a dog with this issue, I was unsure the best course of treatment. I had never having been to VSS before. They explained the course of treatment and prognosis. Though being expensive, after a MRI and surgery, TJ is on the road to recovery and is walking again, at times he is still unstable, but I believe this will resolve over time as he gets stronger.

Over all the staff was great! I did have a few conversations with a tech/nurse that wasn't very good with people.(some are better with animals), But the end result of my friend recovering is the most important.
I would have given a 5 star, had it not been so expensive and the experience of getting a nurse ( twice) that was very short with me when I called to check up on my dog. The Neurology staff was fantastic especially Stephanie, and TJ's Neurosurgeon Dr W.
