Policy21st is an average company. They offer standard insurance policies at reasonable prices. I have been a customer for the past two years and have no major complaints. The customer service is decent and they handle claims fairly quickly. However, there are times when their website can be a bit slow and the user interface could use some improvement. Overall, it's not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
