This studio has changed my life both mentally and physically. When I show up to John Wai I am always greeted with a smile and by NAME! I love how friendly the staff are as well as the other members. It is also amazing how both stuff and the other members push me and encourage me to NEVER give up! Kickboxing is now part of my lifestyle and has made a stronger, happier and healthier person!
