My experience with Kellogg Motors was a mixed bag. While the car I purchased is in good condition and the price was fair, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The salesperson I dealt with was pushy and kept trying to upsell me on features I didn't want or need. However, once I voiced my concerns, the manager stepped in and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, it was an average experience.
