I had a mixed experience with Axcelerant. Although the company website is axcelerant.com, which is easy to navigate, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my queries, which was frustrating. However, once they did respond, they were helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
