I've had a mixed experience with Cairns Office Machines. While their products are generally reliable, their customer service can be hit or miss. There have been times where I've received excellent assistance, but there have also been instances where I've felt ignored or dismissed by the staff. Overall, I would say that Cairns Office Machines is a decent company, but they could improve in terms of customer support.
