I have been a customer of PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Surabaya for the past few years and I must say, their services are average. While they have a decent range of financial products and competitive rates, I feel that their customer service could be improved. There have been instances where my queries were not handled efficiently and it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
