I recently completed a yoga teacher training program and it was a transformative experience. The teachers were fantastic and helped me improve my practice in so many ways. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The program was intense but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to become a yoga teacher.
