Altair has some really talent people in engineering but in management no so much. I would like to warn you against few of them Padmaja Palepu and Jackie Ginac. be very careful dealing with these two snakes. if you could avoid them, do so.........
To management, have some key performance criteria to make sure candidates are not abused by these two individuals !
