I recently had the opportunity to work with an athlete management company and had an overall average experience. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The initial communication with the company was prompt and professional, but I found that the follow-up communication was lacking. There were delays in response times and I often had to send multiple reminders to get a reply. While the company offered a range of services, I felt that the value for money was not as high as I expected. However, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they did their best to meet my requests. Overall, my experience with this athlete management company was average, with room for improvement in terms of communication and value for money.
