I called on behalf of my company looking for service and I spoke with Steve Smith, one of the owners of Dominion Voice and Data. He took the time to answer on his vacation and even though he was unable to provide the service I was looking for, he patiently took his time and provided me with several resources and options that could possibly help me. I feel if someone is going to take the time to go out of there way, then you are probably going to get good quality service and customer care with this company.
