I had a very mixed experience with Newtech solutions. While their customer service was great and they were responsive to my needs, the quality of their products left much to be desired. The software I purchased was buggy and prone to crashes, which led to a lot of frustration on my end. However, their team was always quick to address my concerns and offer solutions. Overall, I would rate my experience with Newtech as average.
