I recently visited rocklinpt.com for physical therapy services, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs 🏥. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for therapy sessions. However, I found the scheduling process a bit challenging, and the waiting area could use some improvement. Despite this, the therapists provided excellent care and tailored exercises to help me recover. Overall, my experience was average, as there were positives and areas for improvement. I appreciate the dedication of the team and the positive impact they had on my recovery journey.
