I recently purchased some chairs from the company's website and was satisfied with the wide variety of options available. However, I found the website's navigation to be a bit cumbersome and could use some improvement. The chairs arrived within the expected time frame, but the packaging was a little flimsy, resulting in a few scratches on one of the chairs. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns.
