I recently sought help from this company regarding noise control solutions for my office. The website was easy to navigate and full of useful information. However, I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and when I finally did, the communication was not very friendly or accommodating. 🙁 The solutions offered were effective, but the lack of personalized attention left me feeling undervalued as a customer. In terms of the end result, it was satisfactory, but the overall experience was just average. I expected a bit more professionalism and attentiveness from a company of this caliber.
