A friend and I recently visited for some drinks on a quiet evening and thought the location, terrace and view were great, however the service was severely lacking, the worst Ive experienced across LA. The waitress couldn't be bothered, proffering to chat to another colleague. When going to the bar, the waiter equally couldn't be bothered and asking for an Ice Bucket for the wine was made to feel an unreasonable request and as such, the service has to be 1*. The view was great but its not enough to tempt me back anytime soon.
