Poor customer experience - had a frayed quick lace...

Poor customer experience - had a frayed quick lace after a only a few weeks. Too many questions and multiple photos; receipts, points of sale, photo of packaging, running shoes, soles, serial numbers mother's maiden name just awful service. Nobody seemed to want a photo of the actual lace itself. Poor service and a lost customer, have moved over to Scott products.
