I just called the this company and the lady that answered the phone was totally rude, she was definitely not willing to answer any questions or what so ever she would not give me her name and she wouldn't let me even finish talking , she made me feel like i am not suppose to be calling this company and she hang up...so as just public, are we suppose to call this company if we want to get a little information or what?
