The overall experience with Sapphire Trucking, LLC was decent. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as delays in delivery, their customer service team was apologetic and managed to resolve the issues promptly. Their rates were also competitive, which was a plus point for me. I would consider using their services again if needed.
