I have been using Cixi for some time now, and I must say it is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing outstanding. The website is easy to navigate, but the overall user experience could be improved. The customer support is satisfactory, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. All in all, Cixi is a decent company to work with.
