This is HANDS DOWN the Most Unprofessional company in the Nort West. They might loose your rent money and expect you to pay it again. I have NEVER paid late or partial payment but yet they managed to "not Receive" $290.00 of $1,090.00 when i personally handed the money to the person collecting the rent. When I check to see if the money order was cashed, it had been. I paid on the 2nd of the month the money order was cashed on the 6th. They don't keep up with the property and good luck talking to a real human after you sign your lease.
