The Michigan Avenue Veterinary Hospital, P.C. provides good service overall. The staff is friendly and professional. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and wait times. The clinic is always busy, so appointments can get delayed. It would be great if they could work on reducing wait times. Other than that, I have no major complaints.
