As a customer, I must say that the Eu project harmonisation of competition and public procurement systems in Ukraine to EU standards has exceeded my expectations. The project team has done an exceptional job in bringing Ukraine's systems up to par with EU standards. The transparency and efficiency improvements are evident, and I believe this will have a significant positive impact on Ukraine's economic development.
