I had a mixed experience at the Dedham Day-Spa. The facilities were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, I was not completely satisfied with the massage I received. The therapist seemed inexperienced and did not focus on the areas I requested. I left feeling a bit disappointed. Despite this, I appreciate the effort put into creating a relaxing environment, and I believe with some improvements in the service, it has the potential to be a great spa.
