I've been using a CRM system for my recruitment needs and found it to be great. The features are powerful and easy to navigate. It has definitely boosted my productivity and made my job easier. I would highly recommend it for any recruitment agency or HR department. The only thing that could be improved is the user interface, as it feels a bit dated. But overall, it's a great tool!
