My recent experience with U-Haul was not satisfactory. The truck I rented through dobsoncamper.com was not clean when I picked it up. There were crumbs and dirt on the seats, and the cargo area had not been swept. Additionally, the truck had a strong smell of cigarettes. The customer service was average, with the representative being neither friendly nor rude. I expected better from U-Haul.
