I have been a customer of F + w communications for a year now, and I must say that their services are average. The website fwcom.ch is easy to navigate, but the customer support could be improved. The response times are slow, and sometimes it takes a while to get resolutions to my queries. However, the overall experience has been satisfactory so far.
