The ER experience was great. Dr. Teacher, med tech Sierra, and RN Justin were wonderful. Only only complaint was the medication prescriptions weren t completely sent to the pharmacy. They reported getting 2/3 medications that were on the discharge summary. They then told us they couldn t fill that 2/3 cause they realized the manufacture doesn t make those medications anymore. Calling the hospital was quick to get the 3rd medication prescription sent to another pharmacy... so it all worked out in the end... But thus the 1 star off - medications should be up to date and available ... and all prescription medications should be received by pharmacy ... not sure if it s on hospital end for that second part. But first part of medication needs to at least be retrievable at any pharmacy is one I think this hospital could improve on...
