They deserve zero stars. Terribly dishonest company. I lived here for over a year and a half and I have no pets. When I moved out they kept my security deposit plus charged me $700 for pet stains on the carpet. No animal entered my apartment the entire time I lived there and there were NO stains on the carpet. On top of this they will immediately send you to collections so they can have them do their dirty work and they don t have to deal with you anymore. I will never work with a Gaines Investment Trust company property ever again. DO not move here.
