Yesterday I just swung by in hopes that they would have 1/4" elastic. While the store is closed to walk in business (due to COVID-19) the very nice salesperson helped me on the phone, got me the elastic, thread and some remnant fabric to make masks, all with a smile in her voice.

They do need to update their website to reflect they are open for phone or web orders with curbside pickup. It was confusing to see the store lights on and folks moving about (staff) inside. Yet the door was locked, there was no signage about calling in an order (which I luck into).
