My loan was bought Loancare LLC last April and it had been nothing, but a nightmare. LoanCare is a fraudulent and shady company. They process payments late, and charge you a late fee, send harassing phone calls for payments being late, and you don't get a bill every month so you don't know how much you owe. They are doing this to force people to their outdated and absolutely terrible online payment system.
