We reached out to Applewood Centers due to behavioral problems we were having with one of our children. We were feeling helpless and defeated and based on the raving reviews from our child s preschool, we reached out to Applewood. What a major slap in the slap in the face. We were very clear about needing help, looking forward to working with them and getting things going - however, the woman assigned to us vanished. I reached out to her to find out what was going on and she promised she d be back the following week with two visits at my child s preschool, but she never came. I expected a call or explanation - but nothing came. This might be a good place if you re looking for a full-time job, because you ll need to continue to call and ask for follow up. It s very clear they don t care about you or your family and are clearly way too overloaded to actually help. What a disappointment and a COMPLETE waste of mine and my family s time.
