I recently had a research study conducted by a laboratory specialized in experimental economics. Although the services provided were of high quality and the results were insightful, I had some issues with the customer support. The staff was not particularly helpful and the response time was slower than expected. Overall, the research study itself was great, but the customer service left something to be desired.
