The customer service at Inmotion is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I had a problem with my order and when I called to ask for assistance, the representative was dismissive and unprofessional. I expected better from such a reputable company. Overall, I would not recommend Inmotion to anyone.
