The solution is to toss any issues back to the customer. I would look some place else for service

UPDATE TO ATEC RESPONSE:
I sent a unit in with failures, the cost of the repairs exceeded the cost of a brand new unit, however I was never given the choice to disregard any repairs and purchase a new one. Any customer would expect a complete evaluation prior to any repairs being performed especially in this case, I spend hundreds of dollars to have a unit sent back that I cant use. I have a half calibrated unit that needs an additional $1700 worth of repairs and you feel confident to stand behind that process? I stand by my review, take your business elsewhere
