I have been using Futuresource consulting for several months now and I have to say that their services are average. I was expecting more from them based on their reputation, but I have found their analysis to be somewhat lacking. The reports provided are often too general and don't provide the level of detail I need. The customer service is also just average, with response times being slower than I would like. Overall, they provide an average experience.
