It had always been my desire to lead, inspire, create and have work/life balance. In June of 2013, my desire took an amazing turn to that reality. I took Leadership Breakthrough 1. There was so much to learn, so much to remember, it was like I never wanted to turn off the faucet. To say it has changed my life is an understatement. I couldn't get enough. Next I took Power Communications with my wife, game changer in all aspects of my life. Then Eagle Quest, changed my whole sense of confidence, no more vultures, (you have to take the class to know that that means). By far Eagle Quest changed me...heart, mind, body and soul. The path that changed the warrior in me. Next Breakthrough Safety changed my complete perspective on what I owe my team, family and self. Now In February on 2020, Leadership Breakthrough 2.

It's not about the beautiful plaque, it is about me, as a leader/ husband/ father, putting heart, mind, body and soul into my team, my family, into my life. I deserve it. SO DO YOU! It is time to get it out of your head and into your heart!

Lastly, one of the greatest gifts you will ever receive is in giving of yourself and going On Team. That you also will understand once you have taken any of these courses.

Life is so much better when you are out of your head.
