I had a mixed experience with Ou bamboo group. Some aspects of their service were excellent, while others were average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my queries, and the answers I received were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
