I had a mixed experience with Allied equity. While the overall service was satisfactory, there were a few areas that I was not completely pleased with. The website could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and the customer support could have been more responsive. However, the rates offered were competitive and the overall mortgage process went smoothly. I would rate them as average.
