I had a mixed experience with Prepsmart. The quality of their tutoring service was average. Although the tutors were knowledgeable, they lacked the ability to engage with my child effectively. The study materials provided were helpful, but I expected more interactive learning opportunities. Overall, Prepsmart was satisfactory but didn't exceed my expectations.
