Torrington historical society is a wonderful place to visit. The exhibits are informative and well-curated. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed the guided tour of the museum, where I learned a lot about the history of Torrington. The gift shop has a great selection of local products and souvenirs. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend a visit to the Torrington historical society.
