The experience with Madsweat was very average. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry and when I did, the answer was not helpful. The quality of the products I ordered was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I was expecting more from the company.
