The food is good, the customer service is beyond terrible actually non existent unless you are a cute guy or a regular, the wait time is completely ridiculous, the set up to pick up food is a complete joke.When you ask about your food you are clearly bothering them. I have tried at least 4 times since they reopen to give them a chance but EACH time I am disappointed. I even ordered peach cobbler ONLY online waited 90mins before going to restaurant AND I still had to wait 25mins before getting my cobbler. I asked about my cobbler and she said "oh yeah I saw that order" and I still had to wait 15mins to get it. Like others had i not paid ahead of time i would just leave. Unfortunately they lost me as customer its not worth the stress just to eat a meal. But the way they treat people they wouldn't even care.
