I had a treatment here and was disappointed by their lack of Covid precautions. Staff in the reception room were not wearing masks even though I had to wait over 20 minutes in that room and it was too small to social distance. I felt pretty uncomfortable having to wait right next to the 2 staff who were loudly talking without masks. The windows were also all closed. When I mentioned masks or opening a window, I was told that the staff would put on a mask during a treatment. Unfortunately this isn't how Covid works, it doesn't know whether you're having a treatment or waiting for one! I had intended to return the next week but won't now. Please take more precautions, open windows and/or wear masks.
