My overall experience with E-Tail Genius has been average. The website is easy to navigate, but I found the product range to be somewhat limited. The prices are competitive, but the quality of the items I received didn't meet my expectations. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging could have been better. I believe there is room for improvement and I hope to see E-Tail Genius elevate their services in the future.
