Trinity direct consulting group is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but not exceptional. I found their website to be quite informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I felt that the overall communication could have been better. The response time to my queries was a bit slow, and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Nonetheless, they were professional and delivered the work on time.
