I have had a mixed experience shopping with Rhythm Usa LLC. While some of their products were great, there were a few that didn't meet my expectations. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issues I had and offered a refund for the faulty items. However, the return process was a bit cumbersome. Overall, I would say it's an average experience. I may give them another try in the future.
